We hadn’t been to the beach yet this summer, so when we saw the perfect weather to be had there on Sunday, we decided it was a good day to hit the sand.
Elayna did great on the longer car ride and then we played for several hours down in the sand. By the time we left we were all covered in sand, and Elayna had it in her ears and hair (she was rolling and jumping in it!), but it was so worth it.
She had so much fun jumping and running and dancing in the sand. She even loved the waves after they knocked her over.
What an amazing day. We will be going back soon!
