While he was in town, Uncle Ted stayed at our place and Elayna loved seeing him in the morning and hanging out. After he left (Ted had to get back for work, so he left before the rest of the family), she asked me several times “Where Uncle Ted?” and said “Go find him.” Ha!…

… dressing E up in her Iowa State University cheerleaders outfit and taking some shots. After all, Papa and Gram are the ones who sent it to her for Halloween. She looks so cute in it, and loves to swish her pom-pom around and yell “Gooooo State!”

Elayna seemed to enjoy the change of scenery while we played at the rental house. She took a few of her toys over there and kept busy playing with them, reading books with Papa, and jumping on every bed she could talk us into. 😉

When I was little (quite possibly as small as Elayna) I used to love sitting on my grandma’s lap and looking at her hand while she played Skip-Bo with my mom and other family members. Seeing Elayna doing this with G.G. (Great Grandma) Ruth really brought those memories back to me!! E loves to watch…
