So, we live in Portland. It rains here, and is cloudy, a LOT. We know this, but we do wait ALL year long (eagerly, mind you) for some sun, which comes generally in the summer. This year we had a couple nice days in May and then rain for about three weeks. Ugh. Then when there were a couple of decent sunny days in June we were out of town. So, FINALLY, we made it to the park again to enjoy some sun. Ah, it was nice. I love Portland when its like this, but seriously? I need some more sunny days in the first half of the year.

Elayna and Joaquin were so good at the pediatrician’s office this morning, and then I saw our friend, the sun, peeking out, so we decided to play at the park all day instead of going home. The kids were really good and had lots of fun swinging and exploring nature. They are so sweet. 🙂
