Park + Library = Fun afternoon!

We were lucky enough to have another sunny day today!

I can barely believe its already March, and so close to spring, but here we are seeing more and more great weather!! =)

Elayna, Jake, and I went to a new park… which was great (but full of running, screaming children), and we realized that Elayna is really big enough and sturdy enough now to be running around on her own… we just follow and watch her discovery!

She really loved running in the grass, picking up pinecones and rocks, touching the trees, and playing near the play structure. She is somewhat enamored with little girls a couple years older than her. She seems to know that they are the ones to watch…. and watch she does!! 😉

After the park, we headed in to a local library that is attached to the park, and enjoyed their larger and brighter children’s reading area. As usual, Elayna made some friends right away!
